Introduction: Simple Home Remedies for Weight Management/Obesity Control

Weight management is biggest concern.
There are few home remedies for obesity control which are really very simple n easy to follow.
but one must follow "ONLY ONE REMEDY AT A TIME"

REMEDY 1-
this is the most common one. n it works :)
TAKE 2 TEA SPOONS HONEY AND 1 TEA SPOON OF LIME JUICE IN A GLASS OF WATER. YOU MUST TAKE IT IN THE MORNING IN THE EMPTY STOMACH.
this helps in reducing body fat n helps in purification of blood

Step 1:

REMEDY 2-
TAKE 1/4th to 1/2nd TEA SPOON OF CATECHU EXTRACT POWDER IN A GLASS OF WATER, IN THE MORNING. IN THE EMPTY STOMACH
don't take more than 1/2 teaspoon of catechu extract powder

Step 2:

REMEDY 3-
AT NIGHT BEFORE GOING TO BED, TAKE A PINCH OF BLACK SALT IN A TEASPOON OF SESAME OIL.
i know consuming raw oil is not a fun but for weight loss it is ok.

Step 3:

REMEDY 4-
TAKE A TEASPOON OF CINNAMON POWDER IN A GLASS OF WATER AND BOIL THE MIXTURE. SWITCH OFF THE GAS N PUT A TEASPOON OF HONEY IN IT.
CONSUME THIS MIXTURE/JUICE HALF AN HOUR PRIOR TO THE MORNING BREAKFAST
this mixture/juice helps in reducing weight. and even if more calories are consumed sometimes weight doesn't increase.
