Introduction: Simple Pie/muffin/cookie
In this Instructable I'd like to share a simple pie/muffin/cookie recipe that fits every form of baking.
Step 1: Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup of sugar (200g)
4 cups of grounded hazelnut (400g)
some fat for the form if needed
1 cup of sugar (200g)
4 cups of grounded hazelnut (400g)

Step 2: Mixing
Mix the eggs with the sugar until it gets fluffy.
Then mix the grounded hazelnuts with the sugar/egg mixture.
I added some cacao powder in this case, so don't wonder why the mixture got the brown colour.

Step 3: Baking
Pour the pie mixture into a cake-pan (to make a pie), a muffin tray (to make muffins) or as small drops on some baking paper (watch out, they float to the sides) to make some cookies.
Bake your product:
Pie 1 hour at 350°F (180°C)
Muffins 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
Cookies 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C)
The thicker the product you want to bake, the more patience you need. That's why I choose cookies ;-)

Step 4: Improving the Recipe
Make up your mind which ingredients you want to add, to make your unique pie/muffin/cookie recipe.
I used some tablespoons Nutella and put them into my pie and my whife (a nutella-holic) loved it ;-)
I could think of:
-chocolate chips
-peanut butter
-lemon icing
-...
