Introduction: SmartPhone Controlled Fork Lift 3D Printed
I made a Fork Lift which can be controlled from Smartphone via Internet. All the components (except electronic) can be 3D printed designed in Tinkercad. And the Phone App is created with Blynk. The principle to move up/down the load on Fork Lift is through Nut Bolt the same way Z axis of 3D printer works controlled By a 360 servo & NodeMcu. All the items are easily available.
Step 1: Electronics Component Required
This are the Components needed also you Battery for pwer supply to NodeMcu & Motors. Check the video for complete guide
- NodeMcu
- TB6612FNG Motor Driver
- Servo 360 degree
- Boost Convertor
- 2 x BO Motor with Wheel
Step 2: 3D Print the Components
You need to 3D Print the components for Fork Lift .You also need a 60 mm M5 Nut & 2 Bolts for this project. You can check the video for details.
Step 3: Circuit Design
You can make a PCB Board or use Breadboard to connect Motors, Servo to NodeMcu.
Step 4: Assembling the Components
I used a 4mm Plywood as a base for durability but you can 3D Print the Base & top cover. Though i used a cardboard made magnetic Lock with magnet & pins.Used Araldite adhesive to fix the shaft with the base & nut bolt for servo holder. I used separate power supply for NodeMcu & Motors+servo.I used Booster convertor to make 5/6 volts power supply from 3.7 volt battery.
Step 5: Create App in Blynk & Upload Code
Now open Blynk App & create the new project to control Fork Lift. You Can control this Fork Lift via internet from anywhere in the world.Upload the code to NodeMcu & connect the power supply. Your Fork Lift is ready to Lift.
Step 6: Detail Instruction & Download All Code
Check the video for detail instruction.
