Introduction: Smoked Ham Wrapped Turkey Breast With Ajvar Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
600g turkey breast
400ml cream
200g smoked ham
150g cherry tomatoes
100g ayvar
20g chives
2 teaspoons salt
1,5 teaspoons pepper
Step 1: Preparation
Scatter salt, pepper & chives on the turkey breast. Wrap the turkey breast with smoked ham stripes and place them on an oven plate. Put it in the oven at 170 degrees celsius circulating air.
Step 2: The Sauce
Scatter salt, pepper & chives to the cream. Add ayvar and mix everything. Cut the cherry tomatoes in pieces. After 20 minutes remove the turkey from the oven.
Step 3: Finish
Place the cherry tomatoes on the plate and pour the cream over it. Put the plate back in the oven for another 20 minutes. Now it is time to enjoy with rice, pasta, potatoes or? Look at my other work.
