Stenciled potato chips are beautiful to garnish .

They can be served by their own.

They are easy to make

It can be used in parties as snacks

You can write any name on it

You can write message on it

This potato chips are beautiful way to impress your guest

Step 1: SUPPLIES TO MAKE STENCIL

  • WHITE PAPER
  • A SCISSOR
  • A PENCIL
  • A CUTTER

Step 2: MAKING FIRST STENCIL

  1. Take a square
  2. Fold it diagonally
  3. It is formed like a triangle
  4. Fold the triangle into half
  5. Then fold the triangle as shown
  6. Make a design as u want to make
  7. Cut the design
  8. And the stencil is ready.

Step 3: MAKING SECOND STENCIL

  1. Take a rectangle
  2. Fold it into half
  3. Again fold it in to half
  4. Make a design from attached fold
  5. Cut the design
  6. Our stencil is ready

Step 4: MAKING SOME MORE STENCIL

    You can make of your own choice and design

    Step 5: SUPPLIES FOR MAKING STENCIL POTATO CHIPS

    ALL U NEED FOR STENCIL POTATO CHIPS

    • LARGE POTATO
    • A SLICER
    • OUR OWN HOMEMADE STENCIL
    • TISSUE PAPERS
    • SOME ORGANIC BEET POWDER
    • A SIEVE OF HAVING FINE HOLES
    • AND OIL FOR FRYING

    Step 6: MAKING POTATO UNCLOTHED

    Peel off your potato skin

    Step 7: SLICING THE POTATO

    Slice the potato very thin

    The slices should be nice and thin

    It should be transparent

    Step 8: PAT DRYING THE POTATO

    Pat dry the potato using a tissue paper

    Pat dry the excess moisture

    Step 9: MAKING STENCIL POTATO

    Lay the potato on a flat surface

    Place the stencil over thinly sliced potato

    Add beet powder to sieve

    Sieve it all over potato having stencil over it

    Slowly remove the stencil

    Your stencil potato is ready

    Make other designs on potato by placing stencil over it

    Let the stencil potato rest for 5 to 10 min

    Repeat the process to make other design

    I have used large stencil to make multiple chips at a time

    Step 10: MAKING THE CHIPS

    Heat the oil over medium high heat

    Put the stencil potato in oil by placing stencil design below (pattern side down first)

    Let the potato fry for a bit then flip it over

    Then u have a nice pattern on potato

    Fry the potato

    Remove it when it is done or when it is slightly golden brown

    Sprinkle them with salt

    Step 11: AND YOU ARE READY! GRAB THEM
