Introduction: Strawberry Semolina

This dessert is perfect for hot days in summer. Some healthy strawberrys, some sweet semolina. TASTY!

You need for 3 portions:

50 g semolina

400 ml Soy milk

500g Strawberrys

Vanillasugar

Step 1: Strawberrys!

Put the strawberrys in a mixer and puree it into mush. Put the mush in the freezer.

Step 2: The Semolina

Stir the milk and the sugar. Set over medium heat, and bring to a boil. When it boils, immediately remove from the heat. Stir in the semolina and stir it!

Put the semolina in the freezer.

Step 3: Ready? Ready!

After 1 hour, put the semolina into bowls and top it with the strawberry puree.
