You will need:

PVC pipe

PVC joints

Wood

Screw rod

Screw nut

Step 1: Measure the Length and Cut It Out.

Step 2: Cut and Drill

Cut out two pieces of wood and drill 3 holes on each piece.

Step 3: Drill Holes

Drill holes on the PVC pipes too.

Step 4: Measure and Cut

Measure and cut out 3 screw rod.

Step 5: Finished

Put the woods and the PVC pipes together with screw rods and nuts and you should end up with something that looks like this.
