Introduction: Sugar Free Root Beer
It is very difficult to find a replacement for sugar, especially in drinks, but after many months of experimentation, I have found a very good recipe for sugar free root beer! Sugar has been the cause for many health issues throughout my life, and after replacing sugar with zero glycemic index natural Stevia and flavors, my health has greatly improved!
Supplies
Step 1: Add Root Beer Extract
First, add 1/4 teaspoon of the Root Beer extract into the drinking glass.
Step 2: Add Root Beer Stevia Drops
Second, add 15-20 drops of the Root Beer Liquid Stevia drops (this is at least 1 full squirt of the dropper).
Step 3: Add Irish Cream Stevia Drops
Third, add about 5 drops of the Irish Cream Liquid Stevia drops. This gives it a more creamy flavor.
Step 4: Add Sparkling Water
Lastly, tilt the drinking glass, and pour in the sparkling water in to the glass. Don't stir the drink or create foam because that will just reduce the carbonation and fizziness.
Now enjoy a sugar free Root Beer drink!
