Step 3: Cook the Egg Mixture

Step 4: Spread Rice Onto the Sushi Mat
Cover the sushi mat with plastic wrap. Cut a sheet of nori in half (keep one half for decoration). Put down a 1/4inch layer of rice onto the mat and lay a half of nori on the rice and leave the rice 1/2 inch above the edge of nori.
Step 5: Add Ingredients Inside of Sushi
Shred one fake/imitation crab leg in half. Slice an avocado. Lay down the crab legs and sliced avocado onto the 1/3 of the nori horizontally.
Step 6: Make a Roll Sushi
Roll up the mat with the ingredients inside and keep a firm hold on the matt. Roll it up again to make a "sealed" roll. Shape it up and cut the roll in half.
Step 7: Prepare Crab Legs for "Mummy" Sushi
Shred a few crab legs to mimic bandage for a "mummy" sushi.
Step 8: Make a "mummy" Sushi
Remove the wrap from the cut roll sushi. Wrap each sushi up with the shredded crab legs.
Step 9: Make a Ball-Shaped Sushi With Egg
Lay down a small plastic wrap on the counter. Lay one of the cooked egg sheet on the wrap and set a bite size of rice in the center. Wrap it up tightly and shape it like a ball. Repeat this step for another one.
Step 10: Make a Ball-Shaped Sushi With Smoked Salmon

Lay down a small plastic wrap on the counter. Lay 2-3 tbsp of Masago on the wrap and set a bite size of rice in the center. Wrap it up tightly and shape it like a ball. Repeat this step for one or two more sushi.
Step 12: Plate and Decorate
Plate each sushi on a platter and decorate them with nori and crab legs. Be creative and enjoy!
