"THE" Chocolate Cake

Hey chocolate lovers! :D This is the first cake I ever learn how to make. Few years ago I made it for my friends at some home party, and everybody liked it so much that they kept asking for more! From that day I was making it for almost every party, and it became kind of my trade mark and me and my friends name it "THE" cake :)

I am sure that you can also delight your friends and family by serving this cake, or even just enjoy it by yourself when you are home alone :)

Step 1: Ingredients

For the cake crust you will need:

1 cup flour

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup yogurt

1/2 cup sunflower oil

1/4 cup cocoa

1 tbsp baking soda

For the glaze you will need:

200 gr dark chocolate

100 gr butter

10 tbsp milk

10 tbsp sugar

Step 2: Making the Crust

Mix all ingredients into a bowl until it's compound. Place baking paper into a pan, pour the mixture and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on 200°C. When you take it out, cut to cubes.

Step 3: Making the Glaze

Melt chocolate, butter, milk and sugar and pour over the crust. Leave it few hours to cool down, serve it the way you like and enjoy!
