Introduction: Thai Basil Chicken
Pad Kra Pow Gai or Thai Basil Chicken is a flavourful Chicken dish. It's a quick recipe, perfect for busy people and great for family cooking as well.
Step 1: Step 1: Ingredients
Chicken mince – 500g
Thai basil leaves – 50g
Garlic – 6 Cloves (crushed)
Red chillis – 7-8 (Crushed)
Fish sauce – 2 Tea Spoons
Soy sauce – 2 Tea Spoons
Oyster sauce – 2 Tea Spoons
Vegetable oil – 2-3 Table Spoons
Step 2: Step 2
Put oil in hot pan.
Add garlic & Chillis and fry for 1 minute.

Add chicken and cook until it releases water. Video

Add all 3 sauces and cook for 4-5 minutes until sauce thickens. Video
Step 5: Step 5
Add Basil, Stir and done.
