Food Items Needed:

2.5 cups of granulated sugar

2/3 cup of 2% milk

1.5 sticks of salted butter

1 jar of Jet-Puffed marshmallow fluff (7 oz.)

1 package of Nestle white chocolate chips (10 oz.)

3 teaspoons of orange extract

Red, blue, yellow, and green food coloring

Pam cooking spray

Other Preparation Items Needed:

8 x 8 inch pan

Medium sized sauce pan

1 large mixing spoon

5 small bowls

5 small stirring spoons

Measuring cups (1 cup, ½ cup, 2/3 cup)

Aluminum foil

*Stove is needed for cooking

*Refrigerator is needed for chilling

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Chilling Time: 2 hours

Step 1: Turn the stove on to medium heat temperature. Once the stove has heated up, begin by mixing the sugar, butter, and milk in the sauce pan. When all ingredients are poured in the saucepan, wait for the substance to come to a boil and stir the mixture on this heat for 4 minutes. Once the time is up, the temperature of the stove needs to be lowered and the substance should be stirred until the sugar has dissolved.

Step 2: Mix in the marshmallow fluff and the package of white chocolate chips into the sauce pan. Add 3 teaspoons of the orange extract and mix in completely. Distribute the mixture between the 5 small bowls, and then add 7 drops of food coloring, one color to each bowl, and leave one bowl as a plain white color.

Step 3: Pour the contents from the bowls in a oil-sprayed 8x8 inch pan, one color on top of another. Take a knife and simply swirl the colors around in the pan, creating a tie-dye effect. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and then let chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Step 4: Once chilled, the fudge can be cut and removed easily. Be creative and cut into fun shapes or squares!
