Introduction: Tuscan Garlic Bread Sticks

Individual Garlic Bread Sticks are a great after school snack for little hands.

You will have a hard time getting the big hands off of these, so makes extra.

These are a great appetizer to ward off the munchies any time of the day and great for parties.

Step 1: Ingredients:

8 slices sandwich Bread

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup each shredded old cheddar and mozzarella

1 tsp dried rosemary, crumbled with your fingers

1 tbsp fresh minced flat leaf parsley

2 tbsp softened butter or margarine

2 cloves garlic, pressed

4 deli slices of Salami, minced

Step 2: Prep:

Spread:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except the bread and salami.

*This can be prepared 1 day in advance and refrigerated for up to 3 days*

Prep:

Cut each slice of bread into 1/3's making 3 vertical pieces. Making 24 pieces.

*Use the ends of the bread too! They crisp beautifully*

Spread garlic mixture on all 4 sides!

Press 3-4 salami pieces on to top and bottom of each stick.

Bake in a preheated 400F for 10min.

Turn when golden and bubbling.

Bake for another 10 min.
