Step 1: Beauty

Tomatoes can be used for your hair and skin. If you have lifeless hair and want to add some shine and color then just follow this quick instruction. Take a small amount of tomato juice and massage it into your hair after you condition with regular conditioner. Leave in for a few minutes then rinse it out of your hair. It will make your hair shinier because the tomato juice will increase the acidic pH in your hair. If you want to brighten your complexion and make your skin glow then get some honey and tomato juice and mix it until you have a thick paste. Apply the paste to your face and leave for 15 minutes. Then wash it off. The vitamin A and C in the tomatoes can make your skin nice and healthy.

Step 2: Acne

If you have bad acne and want to make it better then just follow this quick instruction. Cut a tomato in half and rub it all over your face. And leave it on your face for 20 minutes.

Step 3: Boils

If you want to get rid of your unsightly boils then just get a slice of tomato and rub it onto your boil. The alkalinity will work its way into the boil and heal it.

Step 4: Hangover

If you have had a night of fun then you know the next morning is not as fun, to help you along just follow this quick step. Now all you have to do is get the tomato in your system. Eat an omelet with some tomato or drink some tomato juice, that will help.

Step 5: Burns

If you burned your hands (like I have) or any other part of you then put the ice away and grab a tomato. Cut a slice of tomato and apply it to the burn. The alkalinity will help stop the pain and prevent a blister from forming.
