Introduction: Warm Hearts ( Finns Cinnamonrolls)
First buy ingredients, left them on the table except milk during the
next day ( they should be room temperature) and take all the equipments on the table (sorry if I miss spell something, I just practising English).
Supplies
You will need fo 15 buns:
2,5 dl hand warm milk
25g fresh yeast
100g white sugar
1 tbs freshly grounded cardamom
75g eggs ( about 1 large egg)
550-600g flour
125g real butter
5g salt
Filling:
50g soft butter
2-3 tbs cinnamon
50g white or brown sugar
Step 1: Mix, Knead and Let It Be
1. Mix yeast whit handwarm milk. Add the sugar, cardamom and eggs.
Add also ALMOUST all the flours. Knead the dough manually about 5 min 2. Add soft butter and salt and rest of the flours continue kneading until smooth and elastic ( it aint stuck your hands anymore it takes about 10min). 3. Cover the bowl whit damp cloth and let it be at lest one hour in a warm place (it should be rise double size).
Step 2: Roll Up, Bake and Enjoy
4. Put dough out onto a lightly floured table, roll into an
rectangle. Brush with soft butter, leaving 1/2 inch border uncovered; sprinkle with brown sugar cinnamon mixture. Starting at long side, tightly roll up, pinching seam to seal. Cut in 15 pieces and turn the cutted face up, shaped them to heart shape. 5. Let them rise on a pan 40minutes to 1h. Bake in the middle 200-225 C 10-15 minutes. 6. And Finnsh have odd habit, we like to eat fresh buns white cold milk :D
