Introduction: Water Blocks

About: I'm a Father of 6, Husband of 1, Chef of many, and just like tinkering with almost anything I can get my hands on.
My eldest daughter inspired me to create water blocks.  It was her thoughtful desire to show her Mama love by ripping up a toilet paper roll and sticking it on the wall of the shower in the shape of a heart that has inspired this project.

Materials and Tools List:
1 pen
toilet paper roll(s)
scissors

Step 1: Step 1

Unroll the toilet paper roll at the seam.

Unroll as many as you'd like.  We used about four.

Draw shapes on the flat piece of toilet paper roll cardboard.  Be creative.  Circles, squares, triangles, etc.

Cut along the lines you've drawn.  Cut some of the shapes in half for variety.

Step 2: Step 2

Collect all shapes that you have drawn and then cut into a container in which you can carry them.  I used a small collander because it drains easily.

Take them to the bathroom.  Get them wet and let your children have at the fun!
