Introduction: WhatchaGot Stew

WhatchaGot Stew! The name says it all! Whatever you have in your pantry, add it. One pot, quick, easy, delicious!


Supplies

I used what I had available...each time it is a little different, and that's OKAY! Today's recipe was:

2 cups cold water

2 cups beef broth

1 cube beef bouillon (dissolve in 8 ounces hot water)

12 ounce bag frozen peas and carrots

10 ounce bag frozen corn

1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)

1 can green beans (drained)

1 12 ounce can roast beef

2 tablespoons Ancho Chili Powder

salt and pepper to taste


Step 1:

Combine all ingredients in one pot, simmer...and this is whatchagot! (Simmer time varies depending on how thick you want it...20 minutes for more broth, 40 minutes for less.) This is a fun recipe for an "ingredient party". Have each guest bring a can of whatever they have. Add them together, cook, and enjoy!
