Put the ribbons in desired place

Step 3: Statement Piece

Attach the statement piece to the back

Step 4: Ornaments

Glue or sew on the ornaments

Step 5: Finished

Now let the glued and adhesive dry for 5 to 19 minutes. One dry it’s good to go.
