This is not to difficult to do but dose require some time and creativity

Step 2: Template
I used the program called posterazor to make the tempplate but you can just download the attached PDF if you are about 6ft tall otherwise download the program and find a picture of a cyberman and set it to your size. I used the one below.

Step 3: Taping and Cutting
next tape all the pieces together and lay them on a piece of cardboard and cut along the edge of the armor (refer to pics below)
when gluing them together put a piece of cardboard between them.
I used bike wheel tubing for the staps but any thing would work.
used Velcro on one of the straps so I could get in and out of it.

Step 4: Arms and Legs
ok the arms and legs I did from site all I can really say is look at the pictures
upper arms:
Duck taped the two sides together so it would stay on.
lower arms:
added a wrist blaster with a disposable camera flash (I will try to upload a instructable on that soon)
upper legs:
ok I know they don't look exactly like the real thing but it works.
lower legs:
pretty simple just look at the pictures.

Step 5: Helmet
This was the hardest part mainly because of the trial and error and because and didn't have much to work with.
The front is just a milk jug with a few pieces of cardboard on it.
I used the picture to cut the face plate.
sunglasses lenses for the eyes.
and a few blue LEDs in the mouth.
The pipes are made of poster board ( too cheap to use PVC :P )
The top is a spay paint can.
The back is part of a milk jug with some Velcro and poster board to finish the dome.
Step 6: Painting and Finishing
The C symbol is just the bottom of coffee can and a few pieces of card board.
And the shoes are only three pieces of cardboard and silver duck tape.
Now of course you have to paint it.
There you have it!
have fun
