Introduction: Guitar Hero Keyboard!

I started liking guitar hero recently, as I found out about it from my friend, because I like any music related games, so I thought of purchasing a guitar hero controller, but it costs 50$, so I decided to make my own in less than 10$.I got my keyboard for 9$ and the junk used to make this guitar hero keyboard would probably cost 1$. First I removed all the keys from the keyboard except the ones I needed like :

Frets(5keys)
Strum Bar(2Keys)
Whammy Bar(1Key)
Star/Battle power(1Key)
So I pulled out all the keys except 9 for these...

Then I added the strum bar, which I made and the whammy bar, then I added some Plastic coated sponge on the keys beside the strum bar and the frets. Then what I could do was to spray paint the whole thing, but I didn't want to spray paint it, or add any guitar hero stickers on it.

Its very handy as well because its just like a guitar hero guitar for PC as it has the strap, the keys, and you could use an arduino to add a tilt sensor so that when you tilt your guitar Star/Battle power goes on.(I did this and really liked it!!!)

The strap was attached to the keyboard with 2 screws where I could easily attach it, Now I can really rock with this keyboard just like I would do with a guitar hero guitar, the one main advantage is its more portable than the original controller as its quite a bit smaller, and has an even shape.

Then one last thing I did just yesterday was opened up the keyboard and connected the Strum keys to an LED on the keyboard(Scroll lock LED) and the Whammy bar to one LED(Num Lock LED), and due to this when I play guitar hero with this keyboard in the dark, it looks really awesome!!!.
