Introduction: How to Clap
Ever wonder what is the most effective way to clap? You've seen and used it at concerts, presentations, sporting events, or when you're just plain ol' happy. Sure, it may seem like a mundane task that is easily picked up, but you never really wondered how it work, did you?
Step 1: How to Start
Place one hand in front of you. Your hand should be pointing forward and vertical, as if you are chopping vegetables.
Step 2:
Bring your other hand to the same level as your other hand, also pointing out and vertical. Make sure there is a good distance between your hands, as you would need room to complete Step 3.
Step 3:
With a good amount of speed and force, bring your hands together in the center. You have now completed a clap. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for maximum effectiveness.
Step 4: The Golf Clap
One variation of the clap is the golf clap. The difference is that you create the clapping with your fingers against the palm instead of two palms. This is to create the applauding effect without being too noisy, much similar to snapping during a poetry session.
