Step 2: Bend the Necks Evenly

At about 45 degrees

Step 3: Tape or Attach the Strays Together

I prefer to use tape and it is truly unlimited to what you want it to do

Step 4: Get Fishing Line and Tie It Around

Tie it around and you might need to weave it through tape.

Step 5: Your Done!
