Introduction: Strawberry Shortcake... Biscuit
So I finally add another one of these XD anyways I helped my mom make some Pampered Chef Tuxedo Brownies (look it up here, they are AWESOME.) and we had a TON of the cream you make for these and strawberries left over. So, since the cream is sooo awesome I decided to make a strawberry shortcake!
Step 1: Stuff You Need
Alright, These are the things you will need:
5 fresh strawberries
1 tsp sugar
1 biscuit (you can make your own with your own, but I got these on sale and I was feeling Kind of lazy)
For Cream Cheese mix:
2 squares white chocolate for baking
2 tbsp milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup thawed, frozen whipped topping
5 fresh strawberries
1 tsp sugar
1 biscuit (you can make your own with your own, but I got these on sale and I was feeling Kind of lazy)
For Cream Cheese mix:
2 squares white chocolate for baking
2 tbsp milk
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup thawed, frozen whipped topping
Step 2: Let's Do This!
I don't really have a picture of this mainly because I was using leftovers that I had made the night before, so you get to look at this sad little biscuit. But here's what needs to be done to get everything made before we actually make the shortcake-biscuit.
Slice Strawberries, then cover with sugar and mix well. Set aside. Combine white chocolate and milk in large microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir until smooth; cool slightly. In large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Gradually stir in white chocolate mixture until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Put in fridge for a bit so the cream cheese mix cools off a bit. heat up the biscuit right before you assemble the shortcake- I mean biscuit.

Step 3: Pipe It Good!
Split biscut in half and pipe cream cheese mix onto one half of the biscut. Layer on sliced strawberries. nrepeate this step on other half of biscut and then put it on top of first half.
Step 4: Finished Product!
Pipe more cheese mix on top and strategically place more straberries on top to make it fancy aaaand you're done! You now have a yummy, tasty strawberry short-biscuit to eat! I love the cream cheese mix so much better than just plain old whipped cream!
