فانوس رمضان

• تم تصميم فانوس رمضان وقطعه باستخدام آلة الليزرداخل فاب لاب الأحساء
• يهدف التصميم إلى إضافة طابع الأجواء الرمضانية إلى المكان وبالإمكان وضع شمعة أو إضاءة في الداخل

Ramadan Lantern

• Ramadan lantern were designed inside Fablab AlAhsa and were cut using laser cutter.
• The design aims to add the character of the Ramadan atmosphere to the place and it is possible to put a candle or light inside.

Step 1: متطلبات المشروع (Project Requirements):

متطلبات المشروع:

• برنامج تصميم ثنائي الأبعاد مثل (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape)
• (Plywood او MDF خشب ),(cmطول60 و عرض30cm ) , بِسُمك 2.4 ملم

• آلة القطع بالليزر مثل (Gravograph, UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50))

Project Requirements:

• 2D Design software like (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator, inkscape).
• Plywood or MDF wood, length 60 cm, width 30 cm, Thickness of 2.4 mm.
• Laser cutting machine like (Gravograph, UNIVERSAL laser systems ( VLS3.50)).

Step 2: التصميم (Design):

التصميم ثنائي الأبعاد:

• تم تصميم 4 قطع متماثلة في الحجم والأبعاد
• قطعة في الأسفل
• قطعتان في الأعلى
• تأكد من وضع ألوان التصميم كما هو مرفق في الصورة، اللون الأحمر يستخدم للقطع, واللون الأسود يستخدم للحرق على قطع الخشب
• (Adobe illustrator) تم تصميم الفانوس باستخدام برنامج
• (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, inkscape) كما بالإمكان استخدام أي برنامج تصميم آخر مثل
• ثم يتم حفظ الملف بواحدة من هذه الصيغ (pdf, dxf, ai)

2D design:

• 4 pieces of the same size and dimensions.
• One piece for the floor.
• Two pieces for the roof.
• Make sure to put the design colors as attached in the picture, the red color is used for cutting, and the black color is used for burning on wood pieces.
• The lantern was designed using (Adobe illustrator).
• You can also use any other design program such as (CorelDRAW, Adobe photoshop, inkscape).
• Save the file in one of these formats (pdf, dxf, ai).

Step 3: التنفيذ (Execution):

التنفيذ:

:قطع الخشب بآلة الليزر

• يتم تثبيت لوح الخشب داخل آلة الليزر
• فتح التصميم باستخدام برنامج الآلة وضبط إعدادات القطع من قوة الليزر وسرعة الحركة وسُمك قطعة الخشب
• التأكد من وضع اللون الأحمر للقطع واللون الأسود للحرق
• بعد التأكد من الإعدادات والتصميم وتشغيل الآلة وتشغيل مروحة الشفط، أبدأ بالقطع

Execution:

Cutting the wood using the laser cutter:

• Install the wood board inside the laser machine.
• Open the design using the machine program and adjust the cutting setting (speed, laser power, and wood thickness )
• Make sure to put the red color for the cut and the black color for the burn .
• After confirming the settings, design, operation of the machine, and operation the exhaust fan, start cutting.
