We remove the upper parts of the LED bulbs.

Measure and cut off the excess so that we get a perfect circle from two equal parts.

Step 2: Preparation of MDF:

Using cutting tools, trim the sheet along the marked lines.

Step 3: Assembling the Frame With Hot Glue and Reinforcing With Screws.

Screw In The Door Hinge.

Step 4: Preparing the Canned Jars

Marking on the metal canned jars. The height of the mark should align with the height of the plastic ball's half.

Using tools such as metal shears, cut the jars along the marked line.

Step 5: Assembly of the Molding Parts.

Insert the halves and fill with hot glue. This way, the plastic will be protected from impact, cracking, and wear. Also, our construction becomes elastic and rigid, which is exactly what we need!

Step 6: Installation of the Molding Part on the Frame.

Be sure to center the two halves! Otherwise, the ball will be egg-shaped.
