DIY Outdoor Modern Bench

Here is my first diy bench that I've made. After browsing modern benches, I begun to like the combination of metal and wood. There's just something about it that looks industrial and elegant at the same time. Most of the materials are from my last diy project (pool cover sliders) that didn't quite work.

Materials used:


7x Aluminium square tube 25*25*3mm 1.2m.

2x Oak wood 1.2m

Long threaded steel rods with bolt cap

25mm width brackets for joining the feet

Bolts for steel (ones with metal drilling tips)

Spray paint and varnish


Tools:

Circular saw/mitre saw/hand tools for cutting metal and wood.

Drill

Step drill for drilling metal

Drill bit for wood

Square
